Lỗi Mod Manager Brotato

Ad ơi em bị lỗi khi dùng Mod Manager khi install mod nó hiện lệnh lỗi:

ILocalize::AddFile() failed to load file "public/steambootstrapper_english.txt".

[----] !!! Fatal Error: Steamcmd needs to be online to update.   Please confirm your network connection and try again.
